Do you miss pizza?

I did too...that's why I made it my mission to create an authentic tasting gluten-free pizza crust.

I am so excited to announce my first online pizza making course.

"Gluten-free Sourdough Pizzas with Vegan Mario."

This is a 4-week online course that starts with a 1-day LIVE (via ZOOM) workshop, or in person if you're in the Ojai Valley.

The Live event will be held on October 5th at 3:00pm PT. If you miss the event, or can't make that specific problem, there will be replays available for all content. The class will be approximately 3 hours long.

We will be making Pizza from my magic Sourdough Pizza Mix. Don't have a pizza oven? No problem. I'll show you a couple tricks to get that perfect crust even in a regular home oven.

We will be making an easy cashew cheeze and I'll teach you the simple trick to the perfect pizza sauce.

What else you'll receive:

✓ All the ingredients you need, sent to you in the mail

✓ 2 lbs of the best fine-ground California brown rice flour to feed the starter

✓ GF Sourdough Pizza Mix for 24 pizzas

✓ Access to a private Facebook Group just for my students to ask baking questions

✓ 3 follow up Zoom Meeting calls

✓ A convenient list of kitchen tools/gear to make your process easier for yourself...with links to purchase

***This alone is worth the cost of admission to this program. Some of you will buy the course just for my starter!

I'll be showing you how to make an easy vegan pizza cheeze and the key tips for making an authentic Italian pizza sauce. We'll also go over the critical mistakes a person can make with sauce... and how to avoid them.

I look forward to sharing all this with you and more as well as be available to answer your questions.

Many blessings for beautiful pizzas,

Vegan Mario
