This is the very same bread that SOLD OUT every weekend at the Ojai Certified Farmers Market. It tastes like “regular” sourdough… soft and chewy, not crumbly. Before we started selling it online, we’d have people drive up from as far away as San Diego (4 hours south of us!) to get their fix. There is simply no other GF bread on the market like it.

I HAND-make each loaf from 300 g. of handmade sourdough approximately 12" long. Sized to fit 4 in a medium flat rate box.
