Learn how to make bagels at home!

It’s easy once you know how  :)

Join me in my kitchen for a workshop in sourdough bageling.

  • You’ll learn how to MIX the bagel dough (using my gluten-free all-purpose flour mix),
  • DIVIDE and FORM the dough into rings,
  • and finally BOIL and BAKE it into a bagel.

We will be eating HOT bagels fresh from the oven. Of course, I’ll be providing the probiotic vegan cream cheeze ;)
