One pound of my “fall-off-your-chair-good” glutenfree sourdough pasta dough, rolled out into sheets for you to make your own lasagna!

Made with all organic ingredients packaged in a compostable plant cellulose bag. Shipped with ice packs inside of a thermal envelope. 

You can also use this to make other pasta shapes ;)
