I don't use any gums, seaweeds or instant yeasts in my baked goods.

And did I mention, NO OIL in any of the breads.

Everything is naturally fermented for a minimum of 12 hours using only wild “sourdough” yeast as a leavening agent.

Sandwich loaves are baked in "MADE IN USA" cast iron bread pans.
