Super Gluten-Free "Just Add Water" Pizza Crust Mix
makes two 12” pizzas
makes eight 12” pizzas
You will need:
1 Cup of Vegan Mario's Gluten Free "Just Add Water" Pizza Crust Mix
3⁄4 cup of water
(optional) 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1. Combine and whisk together the Mix and water (and oil) until ALL lumps disappear. The mix will be very "runny" at first but quickly begin to thicken.
2. Cover your dough and let it rise until it has doubled, filled with air and is soft to the touch. This time will vary depending on your ambient temperature. Overnight is a great amount of time.
3. Roll out your dough out with a pin, or press by hand to a 12" diameter circle.
4. Top with your favorites.
5. Bake on a preheated pizza stone at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or higher for less time. (If you do not have a pizza stone, the next best thing is some preheated cast iron. If you do not have cast iron, you can start on a sheet pan untill the dough is hard enough to move right to the wire oven rack.)
