...and this is my absolute favorite version of this loaf. The extra long fermentation and a whole new layer of complexity to this loaf. The texture gets a bit more chewy and a little more creamy in taste. not to mention the added benefits of the long ferment, a little more bio-available, and thus energy saving.

Our 36-Hour Quinoa and Brown Rice Sandwich Loaf is over 1.75 lbs. (800 g.) of handmade sourdough baked in cast iron with love. This is the true sourdough taste.
