Super Clean Gluten-Free Pancake and Waffle Mix

...so unfortunately you don't have many, IF ANY choices when it comes to pancake mix... UNTIL NOW!!!!!!
I asked you what you wanted and you said a SUGAR-FREE mix that was versatile, easy to use and formulated WITHOUT NASTY INGREDIENTS...
Well, I've been working on this one for a LONGGGGG time.
It's taken many fine adjustments and insights to get here. :)
With only 8 organic ingredients, this is super CLEAN.
You can use this for pancakes, waffles, crepes and even muffins!
**And it's so simple-- you can make it in your blender!!!***
You'll be receiving one bag, 300 or 900 grams of the following 100% ORGANIC INGREDIENTS:
BROWN RICE FLOUR, OAT FLOUR, BUCKWHEAT FLOUR, PSYLLIUM, PINK SALT, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, CEYLON CINNAMON
COMBINE 1 CUP OF VEGAN MARIO'S MIX + 1 ¼ CUP OF WATER + 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL
COMBINE 1 CUP + 1 TABLESPOON OF VEGAN MARIO'S MIX + 1 CUP OF WATER + 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL (sometimes I also add a handful of soaked cashews)
Mix in some fruit for a truly amazing breakfast experience as you see in the picture above. ( I added frozen blueberries. )
Here are the simple instructions:
- Add water to blender.
- Add pancake mix to blender.
- Add oil to blender.
- PULSE. PULSE.
- Wait 5 minutes for the mix to set.
And remember to add some CraZy Cultured Cashew Butter on top!!!
My pancake mix is so versatile. Sometimes I even use it to make cupcakes, muffins, cookies and even pie crust!!!
