My kitchen is 100% VEGAN + GLUTEN-FREE.

Always organic and often USA grown, my ingredients are lab tested for purity.

All my nuts and seeds are kept under refrigeration for freshness.

I don't use any gums, seaweeds or instant yeasts in my baked goods.

And did I mention, NO OIL in any of the breads.

Everything is naturally fermented for a minimum of 12 hours using only wild “sourdough” yeast as a leavening agent, but sometimes you might find a 36 or even 100 hour loaf here.

Sandwich loaves are baked in "MADE IN USA" cast iron bread pans with ZERO oil or any other "non-stick" ingredients.
